Our third and final single 'Blood and Honey' defines our upcoming double LP by blending both contrasting sounds from "Blood" and the "Honey" sides. It's meditative crescendo that could've been written by the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club if they had ever ridden their bikes to India. The blues are subliminal, and they carry you floating through the ether into a guitar explosion of the likes that we haven't quite heard since the first two Radiohead albums. It's shoegaze being used for dramatic effect, telling a story of wanting to die with the person you love. A song that dives into psychosis, through marching, circular rhythms, a restless bassline and comes back again, full impact to die once more.

LYRICS

Oh baby, everything melts now
And I’m coming down
With you

My body turns into sand
You’ve got me in your hands
Right now

My heart is stained
My heart is tainted
My heart is stained

A graveyard, the place where we lie
Taking our eyes
Away from the world

Oh darling, is it a crime
If I want to die?
With you

My heart is stained
My heart is tainted
My heart is stained

I tear out, my heart for you
Break it in two
Lust eyes

A love spell, I’m sweet in disguise
I bleed out the lives
I lived

My heart is stained
My heart is tainted
My heart is stained

Hey, cross my heart and hope to die
Hey, let myself be crucified
Hey, say a prayer and tell me lies,
And testify,
I’m sanctified

Hey, my heart is tainted,
My heart is tainted, oh
Oh, my heart is tainted,
My heart is tainted, oh
My heart is stained
My heart is stained
My heart is stained
My heart is stained
My heart is stained
My heart is stained

Hey, so I will dismantle my heart
Hey, make sure that we stay apart
Hey, so I hope that we both die
Together, apart
Together apart
