The band brings it all back home to shoegaze city with a twist: an attempt at creating a "portuguese britpop classic" that bridges the gap between said genre and My Bloody Valentine, where a poppy, sunny, early-to-mid 90s would-be theme song for a teen soap opera that never existed, becomes an out of control orchestra that is as aggressive as it is embedded in acid. The solos and lead melodies are epic, youthful, hooky, as well as the vocal arrangements, bringing out the Summer from all of the Hate, much like the lyrics which are about finding hope in love after the wreckage of a past love. Eat your heart out, Billy Corgan.
