“Siren’s Lullaby" lures you into the depths of a soul haunted by pain, betrayal and the intoxicating pull of someone who was both sanctuary and ruin. Like a sailor helplessly bewitched by the charming voice of a Siren, such was the seduction of a love that promised shelter while remaining slowly destructive, until devotion and destruction became the same. This is a song about being seduced by darkness, surviving its embrace, and learning that sometimes the only way home is to finally let go. There are songs that call you home, and there are songs that call you to your grave. Never trust the ones that sound the same.
