Melquiades - Memory Cards

Sat, 16 Mar 2024 23:48:38 +0000

O gesto

_Lyrics_

I'm here in the dark
The sky above me gives just nothing but a cold kiss
And with his kiss
His freezing soft kiss
He makes me forget my human duty in this world

To be conscious,
Conscious of the luck of being alive
Having a smile
Not being wandering in the waves of time

Forgetting the causality of events
That make us believe
In a film with more than a sequence of photographs

I'm so sorry for my weakness
The instinct of following others (orders?)
Doing something because everyone does

Lyrics:
The scent of Spring
By Winter's end
Has promised a glance of green
Another step
Away from
Cries I used to hear
And trials that came so near
But as the Sun
Involves itself
Around the World.
I see that I've been
In many ways
So wrong that I've fooled myself
With no array to doubt the
Cries I used to hear
And trials that came so near
But as the Sun
Involves itself
Around the World
I can see my soul.
The sun
and its wisdom
lies between us far away
The sun
and it's wisdom
comes to stay.
The scent of Spring
By Winter's end
Has promised a glance of green
Another step
Away from
Cries I'm used to hear
And trials that came so near
But as the Sun
Involves itself
Around the World
I can see my soul.

Actor: Ricardo Magro
Realização e Montagem: Pedro Augusto Almeida.
Imagem: Lisa Persson e Pedro Augusto Almeida
Figurinos: Teresa Trindade

Letras:

Não sabia onde estava.
Via o chão a desabar.
Os degraus que enfrentava
Avivávam o meu paladar.

E do topo, um outro corpo,
Onde nunca ia morar;
Vinha uma cheia de lágrimas
Que me obrigava a mergulhar.

Submerso até ao peito
Via a alma a inundar.
Fosse o futuro perfeito
Não teria de me encontrar.

E no topo, um outro corpo,
Supostamente meu;
Alguém que, mesmo semelhante,
Nunca seria eu.

Emergi para conquistar o tempo;
